The Presidente Hotel & Spa is a really beautiful, luxurious resort and (we think:-) the most gorgeous hotel on the island. Beachfront luxury, clean, wonderful location, awesome food, luxurious, personal service, beautiful turquoise waters and snorkeling… you can’t go wrong. Directly on a quiet sandy beach, this lovely resort is 5 minutes from the center of town. so you can eat at your choice restaurant or snack bar and totally relax after your dives, or easily take a cab to walk around town, visit different restaurants, or try a local taco bars. We can pick you up for diving right there, from your personal dock. Rates start around $200 per room per night, including a wonderful breakfast. It’s hard to find anything beachfront that is as good as this.

Brand newly constructed Villa Sara is truly like no other villa on the Island of Cozumel. The exquisite villa boasts an oceanfront architecturally stunning home, a 50 foot infinity pool, with 7000 sq. feet of open and airy rooms styled with designer furnishings throughout, custom made from teak as well as other contemporary chic decor. From the moment you enter through the gated property, you are greeted by the front gardens of Villa Sara with palm trees and Island greenery with your house keeper who will be there to welcome you upon your arrival. As you walk through to house to the back of the property, you will be wowed by a 50 foot infinity pool with lounge chairs and an indoor outdoor wooden deck facing the lagoon-like Caribbean Sea. Sip drinks by the serenity of the ocean as you watch the boats go by and enjoy a front row seat to sunset. Access to the ultra private water is very easy and the crystal blue water upon entry is only 4 feet deep, making snorkeling and swimming a pleasure. For diving, you can be picked up by your dive boat straight from the property.
The Villa itself is very spacious with 5 oversized bedrooms, each with their own spa like bathroom. For convenience, there is 1 Master on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Each room feels like a master though as there are 4 king beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 queen beds in the 5th bedroom.

Palmar Condominiums are located 5 minutes south of downtown Cozumel. It’s a perfect location if you want to be on the ocean yet close enough to occasionally walk or ride a bike to town.
Offering a different style of living in Cozumel, you will experience all the comforts of home away from home, while having the option of snorkeling right in front of the building, a dock where your dive boat can pick you up in the mornings and access to pool or ocean swimming, shopping and restaurants.
The building is eight floors, with elevator access to each floor. There are different types of condos in the building – ranging from studios to penthouse 3-bedroom units – but you’ll mainly find 2 and 3 bedrooms condos for rent.
The building is fully equipped with a gym, tennis court, basketball court, a large pool area overlooking the ocean, a parking lot in the back of the building, full time security, and even a play area for the kids with a jungle gym and a trampoline.
